All technologies regarding genome editing are fully owned by Bayspair or exclusively licensed for commercial use with sub-licensing right. Genome-edited cells created through Bayspair's services or collaborative research should not be limited to research use only, but can be commercially used and applied through seamless and reasonable licensing agreements.
